At Group N Fun, we value the trust you place in us when booking a tour. We strive to handle unexpected situations with empathy, aiming for solutions that work for everyone involved. We are also dedicated to respecting our team’s efforts and safeguarding the company. To ensure a balanced and fair process, we have guidelines in place for cancellations and communication.
Reservations Without Payment
If you book a tour without making a deposit, we will ask for your name, phone number, and email. To confirm your reservation and prevent possible misuse by outside parties, we may also request proof of your travel plans, like a hotel reservation or plane ticket under your name.
Confirmation Process
- Two Days Before Your Tour: Please confirm your booking with us, and we’ll also reach out to you by email to reconfirm the arrangements.
- One Day Before Your Tour: We’ll send a final confirmation to make sure everything is on track.
If we don’t receive a response from you, we will send a cancellation notice by email or WhatsApp and may cancel your reservation. Communication is essential to guarantee your attendance. If you prefer, you can secure your booking with a deposit or by paying in full.
Cancellation Fees
- Same-Day Cancellations: If you need to cancel on the day of your tour (beginning at 12:01 am), a 100 USD cancellation fee will apply.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel within two hours of the scheduled tour time, a 200 USD fee will apply.
If you have prepaid the total amount of your tour, no additional contact or verification will be needed to confirm your reservation.
