Why are tours more affordable with Group’N Fun? Does that mean the quality is lower?
Our quality remains excellent! Since we avoid middlemen, we can both reduce costs and improve the quality of our service, from food and vehicles to logistics. By working directly with our clients, we focus solely on creating the best experience without pushing extra purchases or commissions.
How far in advance should I book a custom tour?
You can book your tour up to a day before, with at least 12 hours’ notice, as long as there’s availability. However, since our spots are limited, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons, to guarantee availability.
Do I need to pay for the tour upfront?
Not always! Sometimes a deposit is enough, especially if booked two weeks in advance. In many cases, you can pay in full on the tour day. If a deposit is challenging, feel free to reach out to an assistant to discuss your situation.
How many people can join a tour?
Our tours require a minimum of six people. We find this number offers the best value for the experience we provide. For smaller groups, we still offer the tour with our six-person minimum package price. Even if fewer than six join, we proceed as planned
Can I modify my tour after booking?
Yes, you can adjust your tour even once you’re in the van! Changes can include extending or shortening activities, and even adjusting destinations. Prior to your tour day, you can also add or remove activities. We’re very flexible, though some modifications may affect the final cost.
Do you provide insurance?
Yes, we have passenger auto insurance specifically for tourism, so you’re fully protected during any incidents in the vehicle. Rest assured, we’ve got you covered.
